Softstone Water is owned by Bryan Walsh and based in Strongsville, Ohio. We sell and coordinate whole-home water treatment across Cuyahoga, Medina, Lorain, and Summit counties.
Why we started this way
Most homeowners around here have a story about a water demo: hours at the kitchen table, a shocking-looking test, a price that changes three times, and a deal that disappears if you don't sign tonight.
We think that's a terrible way to buy something that sits in your basement for fifteen years. So we did the opposite. We picked the setup that fits most Northeast Ohio homes — a whole-home softener, whole-home carbon filtration, and an under-sink reverse osmosis drinking system — and published the installed price: $3,599.
One package means we get very good at installing it well. It also means there's no upsell ladder waiting for you, and nothing to negotiate.
How the work gets done
Softstone tests your water, writes your proposal, supplies the equipment, and coordinates the job start to finish. Licensed plumbers perform the installation. We're a water company, not a plumbing contractor — and saying so plainly is part of the point.
We use quality treatment equipment and will share model certifications at proposal time, once your results are in.
Publish the price
Our package and its price are on this website. You shouldn't need a two-hour demo to learn what something costs.
Explain, don't alarm
We talk about taste, odor, hardness, scale, and spotting — the things you can actually see and feel. No fear, no health claims.
Say no when it's a no
If your water doesn't need an add-on, we won't sell you one. If a well needs lab work first, we'll say that too.
Stay local
Four counties, out of Strongsville. Small enough that the person who tests your water is the person who answers the phone later.
