Two houses on the same road can have very different well water. Iron, sulfur odor, and high hardness are all common in Northeast Ohio. All of them are workable once we know what we're dealing with.
What well owners usually notice
- Orange or rust-colored staining in sinks, tubs, and laundry
- A rotten-egg smell, often strongest in hot water
- Water that feels heavy and leaves heavy scale
- Fixtures and appliances that look worn before their time
Private wells aren't covered by a public utility report, so there's no annual document to read. That's why testing matters more here — and why we'll point you to a certified lab when your results call for it.

- 3. Honest add-on quoteThe standard package is a strong base for many wells. Some homes need iron or sulfur treatment, larger capacity, or UV. Those are quoted after results — not assumed up front.
The published package is the same for everyone. On a well, be prepared for the possibility of quoted add-ons after testing — we'll be upfront about it either way.
