Privacy Policy
Short version: we use your information to test your water and follow up. That's it.
What we collect
When you submit a form, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, city or ZIP, whether your home is on city water or a well, what you're noticing about your water, and your preferred contact time. Our website host may also collect standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type.
How we use it
We use your information to contact you, schedule and perform your free in-home water test, prepare a proposal, and provide service afterward. If you ask us about a care plan, we use your details to set that up.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information. We don't share it with unrelated companies for their marketing.
Who we share it with
We share only what's necessary with the licensed plumbing partners who perform your installation, and with service providers who help us operate (for example, email, scheduling, and hosting tools). We may also disclose information when required by law.
Text messages and calls
If you give us your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your water test, proposal, or service. You can ask us to stop at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep request and customer records as long as needed to serve you and to meet our business and legal obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you. Email us and we'll take care of it.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll post the revised version on this page.
