This website describes services offered by Softstone Water, based in Strongsville, Ohio. Using the site means you accept these terms.
Pricing shown here
The $3,599 all-in installed price applies to a typical home with a standard install at a normal basement or utility location, as described on our pricing page. Homes with unusual conditions may require add-ons, which are quoted in writing after your free water test and before you agree to anything. Care-plan prices shown on this site are estimates and are confirmed at booking.
Who performs the work
Softstone Water sells and coordinates water treatment systems. Installations are performed by licensed plumbers. Softstone Water is not a plumbing contractor.
Performance and guarantee
Your written proposal states what your system is intended to do for aesthetic purposes such as taste, odor, hardness, and scale. If within 30 days the system does not perform as described in your proposal for those stated purposes, we will make it right. We make no health or medical claims, and no claim that treated water is free of any particular substance.
Public advisories
Home treatment equipment does not replace a public boil-water advisory or other guidance from your water utility or health department, and does not make unsafe water safe to drink. Always follow official advisories.
In-home sales notices
Ohio and FTC cooling-off rights may apply to covered in-home transactions. Softstone Water will provide any required notices at the time of sale.

Limitation
This website is provided as-is for information. Anything we owe you contractually comes from your signed proposal, not from this page.
