Book your free in-home water test
Pick a time that works. We come to you, test at the tap, and look at where the equipment would go. About 30–45 minutes.
Get clear results and a written proposal
We explain hardness, taste, odor, and anything your test flagged in plain English. Your proposal states exactly what the system is for and what it costs. On city water that's usually the standard package; on wells there may be quoted add-ons.
Install on your schedule
A licensed plumber performs the install — typically a single visit at a normal basement or utility location. Softstone coordinates the job, handles the equipment, and is there for startup and your walkthrough.
Optional salt and filter care
You can handle salt and filters yourself, or let us. Delivery and filter plans are optional conveniences with pricing confirmed at booking.
Who does what
Softstone Water sells the system, tests your water, writes your proposal, and coordinates the whole job. Licensed plumbers perform the installation. We're a water company, not a plumbing contractor, and we'd rather be clear about that than fudge it.
