Summit County · Akron reservoir water with possible private wells
Bath Township includes Akron Water customers and rural properties where a private well may still be present. Akron's supply comes from the Lake Rockwell and Upper Cuyahoga reservoir system, not Lake Erie, giving Bath a different regional source story.

Useful answers for Bath homeowners, without pretending every address has identical water.
No. Served areas use suppliers such as Akron Water; the township's district is not a treatment plant.
A water bill, pressure tank, well record, or utility confirmation can establish the source. We ask before treating the whole township alike.
We’ll confirm your source, test at the tap, explain the result, and let you decide.
